“In this day and age we are all to quick to express our concerns when things don’t go right or if we receive poor service, but on this occasion I felt it necessary to inform you when things go well and you receive a good service which is the case in my situation.

I purchased a Vauxhall Zafira from Croyland several weeks ago after a few recommendations from friends and family who have previously purchased cars from you. My wife was extremely pleased with this and although the car was only 2.5 years old I was a little sceptical about the high mileage so I purchased an additional 3 year warranty that would hopefully give us a little more peace of mind. However, after a few weeks of driving, it became apparent on very hot days that the air conditioning wasn’t working and I was concerned if this would be resolved or be covered under warranty. After contacting Croyland, I was dealt with by Kevin your after sales manager who without any questions offered to rectify this problem and after giving him some further details, the part was ordered and a date booked in.

I also mentioned to Kevin about my concerns we were experiencing with excessive vibration on the steering wheel under breaking which I presumed was the break discs etc and Kevin said he would also take a look at this. After a few hours of waiting, I was then informed that you had also replaced the discs and pads without question. So a big thank you to Kevin and Croyland for the high level of after sales service I have received from you and gives me great confidence when buying a used car in an often uncertain and unreliable market place.” Mr David Hill - Northampton
