We have been working hard at our 6 acre site in Rushden to ensure your purchase is an informed and safe one. We are pleased to not only offer our customers the option to reserve any vehicle online but to complete their purchase in full too. Once complete we offer a contactless click and collect service where your sanitised vehicle will be ready for you when you attend our safely managed collection appointment.
If you would like to see the vehicle before completing your purchase please either reserve online or call us to book your appointment to visit us at our showroom. When you attend the appointment we will safely manage the viewing of the vehicle in our outdoor contactless viewing area and if required you will be able to access our adapted showroom to complete the appointment with social distancing and safety guidance in place.
We would ask all our customers to make an appointment before visiting our site to allow us to manage the number of people on site and ensure we are able to deliver a safe environment for both our customers and our team. Our site has been adapted to accommodate a contactless viewing area and a click and collect point alongside of social distancing measures in place if customers need to visit the showroom. We are offering virtual appointments too where our onsite team are able to guide you through the process over the phone or video appointment.
All our vehicles are fully sanitised and vehicle coverings used to protect high-touchpoint areas when appropriate.
This includes sanitising:

Gloves are worn at all times by our team when cleaning vehicles and discarded after each use.
When you attend the appointment we will ask you to call the showroom on arrival and we will great you outside. We will safely then manage the viewing or handover of the vehicle in our dedicated contactless viewing area or click & collect handover point. If required you will be able to access our adapted showroom to complete the appointment with social distancing and safety guidance in place.
We are able to offer a paperless handover process too where our customers are asked to stand next to the vehicle while we digitally document the handover. All documents will be inside the vehicle when you complete your handover
