Throughout the lockdown we have been able to continue to operate safely and in line with government guidance by offering online purchase options alongside the recent launch of Croyland’s Contactless Services, which will continue to be available for all our customers.
We have been working hard at our six acre site in Rushden to ensure your purchase with Croyland is an informed and safe one.
We are pleased to not only offer our customers the option to reserve any vehicle online but to complete their purchase in full too. Once complete we offer a contactless click and collect service where your sanitised vehicle will be ready for you when you attend our safely managed collection appointment.
The announcement to allow car showrooms to reopen was welcomed by Croyland General Manger Mark Swindells who highlighted how the business has safely and successfully continued to operate during the pandemic lockdown and found new ways to meet customers’ needs.
Mark said: “The team here at Croyland are delighted to be able to open our showroom again to customers to ensure everyone can buy safely and confidently knowing we have all the necessary social distancing, health and hygiene measures in place.
“We are retail ready and are asking customers to pre-book appointments before visiting our site to allow us to manage the number of people on site and ensure we are able to deliver a safe environment for both our customers and our team. We will continue to offer virtual appointments for customers who wish to view vehicles or seek advice from the comfort of their own homes.”
